4. Tofu and Vegetable Soup with Bean Sprouts

Ingredients: firm tofu, bean sprouts, Chinese cabbage (or other leafy green vegetables), fresh ginger root, vegetable stock cube, onion

Directions: Make a soup with tofu and onions like in the previous healthy Chinese recipe. While the soup is cooking on low heat, soak dried mushrooms with boiling water to soften them; then chop them into small pieces and add them to the healthy Chinese food dish as well as sliced garlic cloves and halved Asian radishes. Add some salt or soy sauce if you want to adjust the taste of your healthy Chinese food dish. Once all these ingredients are ready, pour the soup carefully into a healthy Chinese food dish and you can enjoy your healthy Chinese food right away.

5. Tofu and Spinach Soup with Mushrooms

Ingredients: firm tofu, fresh ginger root, vegetable stock cube, onion, spinach leaves

Directions: Mince tofu finely with a knife or grind it to make a paste before cooking it in boiling water with some oil. Put finely-chopped onion pieces on top of tofu together with chopped fresh ginger root slices to give the healthy Chinese food more flavor. Add salt or soy sauce if necessary to adjust the taste. Turn off the heat once there is boiling and wait for 3 to 5 minutes before serving healthy Chinese food. Then pour hot soup over a healthy Chinese food dish.
