2 tsp of cornflour powder
3-4 cloves of crushed garlic

1 tsp of ginger crushed
Two-piece of chicken breasts
Two carrots sliced
½ cup Cabbage chopped
3-4 spring onions sliced
1 tbsp of sesame oil
½ cup of water

Method To Prepare The Wet Ingredients

In a bowl, add red chili sauce, vinegar, honey, and soya sauce.
Now further add white pepper, cornflour powder, crushed garlic, and ginger. Mix everything, and the wet ingredients are ready.
Now take out the excess fat from the corners of the chicken breasts. Cut the chicken breasts into thin pieces.
Transfer the cut chicken pieces into the bowl of wet ingredients. Let the chicken pieces marinate in the sauces for at least 10-15 minutes.

Peel the carrots and cut it into thin slices
Cut the spring onions in a slight angle to give it a beautiful shape.
Red and green bell pepper thinly sliced.

Heat a pan nicely. Now add sesame oil to the pan and also the chicken pieces one by one. We need to stir fry the chicken pieces with half a cup of water.
