Traditional Cuisines

The Traditional Cuisines of the Philippines have preserved the way of life of the Filipino people. They are the oldest of all cuisines that have been created by the Filipino people. These cuisines are being made to have long-lasting effects that the Filipino people will always keep coming back to.

These Traditional Cuisines are by no means just pure food preparation. Actually, they are full of rich spices and rich foods. The art of Filipino cuisine is to use aromatic spices, fats, and meat that are soft and tasty. These foods will surely last forever, especially if they are preserved with soy sauce and vinegar that are commonly used in cooking in the Philippines.

Modern Cuisines

The Modern Cuisines of the Philippines include both Traditional and Modern Cuisine. While these are both original, Traditional Cuisine may differ from Modern Cuisine. As a matter of fact, traditional cuisine differs from modern cuisines in some aspects. Examples of these differences include using wood on the fire to cook food, using a double boiler, and using rice in place of meat.

The modernization and the evolution of Traditional Cuisine and Modern cuisine have brought about a new kind of cuisine to the world. This is the combination of the two styles that are extremely creative. Many of these cuisines are famous all over the world. Some of the famous cuisines are:
