  • Yogurt-Mint Salad Dressing

By the ways described below, one can make approximately three to four cups of dressing for a salad.

Ingredients

  • Low-fat yogurt, half cup
  • Mint leaves, one-fourth cup, and it should, finely chopped.
  • Lemon juice,  two teaspoons
  • Garlic cloves at least two
  • Half teaspoon of coarse sea salt
  • Half teaspoon of black peppercorns

  •        Sour cream that should fat-free at least one and a half cups
  •        Low-fat buttermilk about half cups
  •        Minced fresh cilantro leaves, 1/4 cup
  •        Minced fresh dill not more than two tablespoons
  •        One tablespoon of Minced fresh chives
  •        Worcestershire sauce, one teaspoon
  •        White vinegar, half teaspoon
  •        Minced garlic about 1/2 teaspoon
  •        Chaat masala, 1/2 teaspoon
  •        Red chili powder, 1/4 teaspoon
  •        Cumin powder, roasted and 1/4 teaspoon
  •        Add pepper and salt to taste.

Direction

  • Combine all the ingredients properly in a bowl. Combine all the items quickly.
  • Add to thin, the buttermilk, if needed.
  • Keep the dish in the refrigerator for not more than two hours.

Cilantro-Tamarind Salad Dressing

  •        Fresh cilantro, two bunches (leaves only)
  •        Tamarind concentrate, three tablespoons
  •        Extra-strong olive oil not more than three tablespoons

  •        Add salt three teaspoons or one likes.
