Begin by mixing oil, orange zest, honey, soy, and vinegar in a bowl. Take another bowl and mix cornflour, sesame seeds, spice powder, and salt.  Cut the back of each prawn using a knife. Now heat the oil, add some garlic then dip prawns in the cornflour mixture and fry them till they turn pink. Also, don’t keep any mixture left in the bowl add it to the fry. Fill the prawns with sauce then heat the remaining sauce and add back fried prawns to the bubbling sauce to cover them. Serve it with rice
