For stuffing:

2 tsp oil

1 tsp mustard/rai

½ tsp jeera/cumin

1-inch ginger, chopped

½ tsp turmeric / Haldi

½ tsp Kashmiri red chili powder

2 boiled potato, mashed

¼ tsp chaat masala

½ tsp salt

2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped

Other Ingredients

6 slice bread, white/brown

¼ cup green chutney

1 onion, sliced

2 tomato, sliced

½ capsicum, rings

3 tsp butter

¼ cup sev

1 tbsp chaat masala


Take a frying pan. Add 2 tbsp oil and heat it for 3 to 4 minutes.

Add mustard, jeera and ginger. Mix well.

Saute mustard, oil, jeera, and ginger and allow them to splutter

In a pressure cooker, cook 3 to 4 potatoes.

Mash potatoes and add into the frying pan

You can add peas in the same way.

Turn off the gas and let it be cool.

Add coriander leaves, curry leaves and another masala (spices)

How to prepare a sandwich?

Take two slices of bread. White or brown bread

Spread green chutney over a side of the bread slice.

Sprinkle chaat masala over it to enhance the taste

Now spread prepared potato and peas feeling over the chutney.

Cover the outer side of bread slice with butter.

Now cover feeling with another bread slice.

Take a sandwich taster and apply oil

Toast sandwich and serve it with tomato sauce or sweet chutney.

Toast according to your taste, if you want more crispiness, toast it for more time.
