Banana Souffles Healthy Dessert

Souffles are simple, airy, and tasty desserts that can be prepared in a short time. Preheat the oven at 400 degrees. Brush some melted butter in four one-cup ramekins. To this, add, some sugar spread it rotating each ramekin. Puree the bananas along with lime juice, egg yolk, and sugar to form a smooth paste. Take the egg white and beat them with sugar and a pinch of salt. Now add the egg white mixture part by part into the banana mixture. Pour the appropriate mixture into the ramekins and let them bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Banana Souffles have a gorgeous golden color that is a treat to the eyes as well.

Banana – Nutella S’Mores Healthy Dessert

This banana-based dessert you will need eight graham crackers, ¼ cup Nutella, ¼ cup of marshmallow fluff, two ripe bananas, and some roasted hazelnuts. Spread Nutella on four of the graham crackers and spread marshmallow fluff in the remaining ones. Press the sliced banana pieces into the Nutella and add some hazelnuts on top of it. Form sandwiches of the graham crackers and wrap them firstly with parchment paper and then with foil. 

Take the s’ mores and grill them for 10 minutes in moderate heat. Do it until the marshmallows get lightly toasted. Now peel off both the foil and parchment and serve. 

Banana Pudding And Vanilla Flavoured Wafer Crumble

Ingredients for this amazing banana pudding are- 5 egg yolks, cornstarch (1/4 cups), sugar (2 teaspoons), whole milk (2 cups), unsalted and melted butter, banana liqueur, coarsely grounded vanilla wafer cookies and of course, two coarsely chopped bananas. Begin by whisking the egg yolks with cornstarch. Add sugar and some salt in it. Boil some milk and whisk it into the mixture to form a smooth paste. Now, add banana liqueur to the mixture and cook till it thickens. Pour the pudding into a large bowl and whisk some vanilla and cold butter into it for added flavors. Refrigerate it before serving. 

The toppings, mix the wafers, cinnamon, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add some melted butter to it and bake till it turns golden brown.

Banana Ice Cream With Chocolate Chunks

It is a very easy banana-based dessert that needs only around 10 minutes to be prepared. You will need four ripe bananas, whole milk, vanilla extract, heavy cream, salt, and sugar for this recipe. Puree the bananas by adding vanilla, milk, salt, and sugar in a blender. Stir milk chocolate and heavy cream in it to form the perfect banana custard. Freeze this custard by pouring it into an ice cream maker to make it firm. Take it out at least before 10 minutes of serving to get the perfect taste.
